I live down the street from a construction site which is consistently incredibly noisy very early in the morning. I have reported this construction site for noise violations before, and the problem was, for a time, resolved. However, the problem has started again as they are once again beginning work early in the morning (around 5 a.m.) which, I am aware, is well before the time they are supposed to start even staging for their operations. I am an IU grad student and I need to be able to rest. I am aware that my neighborhood is in a rather defunct part of town, but people still live here and need to be able to function as normal. I live next door to this house at 328 S. Fairview Street, which is a rental. My neighbor's tree again has broken branches resting on my cable/internet line and will possibly take out the line during this or future storms - this has happened in the past. These trees need to be maintained as they are also close to power lines that go into my house. The trees are inside neighbor's fence in the alley between my house and 328 S Fairview. Thank you.
