Old and New cable system: Several channels are duplicated, and Mr. Resh has been billed an additional charge for the channels, he doesn't want the additional channels. When the rebuild is complete, duplication will stop.
Ms Whitby resents it when fox sports network takes over c-span in the evening. Ms. Whitby states that fox network already has two stations and she does not like it when c-span is pre-empted for a ball game.
Mr. Resh received his bill from Insight Communications with an additional $3.00 charge for additional channels to his basic service. He doesn't want the additional channels. He stated that some of the channels are duplication and that they run the same programs at the same time.

Mr. Resch stated that his cable reception is terrible and has been for some time. Mr. Resch stated that he did not receive a satisfactory response when speaking to customer service. Mr. Resch stated that repair would not be able to come to his home for more than one week and was given a 4 hour timetable for service. March 6,2000: Tech crews worked on the feeder line in Clairmont Place and fixed the problem. A service rep verified this with Mr. Resch.
Approximately 6 weeks ago, Insight or a sub contractor for Insight placed orange flags in the back of Mr. Grant's backyard. Mr. Grant has called Insight several calls in order to get some information regarding the type of work scheduled and a approximate construction start date. He has been told by Insight that they would check into it and receive a return call with the information. To date, Mr. Grant has not received any information from Insight.
