Someone hit a tree on the city-owned portion of our property and left a partially broken branch hanging in the road. I don't feel safe cutting it down myself and I've already chased off two kids trying to play with it. Can the city send someone to remove it? Thanks!

Hello. I have a dead tree in the tree plot between the street and sidewalk. This was reported to the urban forester last year and he agreed the tree is the city's responsibility, but nothing happened. I would like to have the tree removed and a new suitable tree planted. Thank you.
A house on my street has become a transition house for alcoholic woman. My opinion is that this primarily one-family house has become a hotel. This neighborhood isn’t zoned to all allow businesses. During storms a few weeks ago a 5 - 6" diameter tree branch broke and fell onto another healthy branch and they're both hanging low over the road. Cars can get under them but larger vehicles get their roofs scraped.
this may not be west, but i'm unsure of street direction.
Mr. Cameron received a duplicate billing regarding an installation charge. He called Scott Cooley from Insight to discuss the situation. Mr. Cooley told Mr. Cameron that he would look into the situation and get back to him. He hasn't received an phone from Mr. Cooley.
