He has Starz/Encore/HBO that he pays around $53.00 for. As part of this he receives channels 14 & 34. Channel 34 is not very clear. Upon calling Insight they informed him that these 2 channels would be switching to 78 & 77 and he would need to have a pay box to get the channels. The pay box is an additional $4.00 extra a month. Ms. Harris called our office on 1/26 complaining that her children were almost hit by a bus (bus #4, driver Glenn). She also complained that she was called the "n" word (which is a derogatory statement for an African American) by the bus driver), after she wanted to get off and he wouldn't open the doors for her and her children to get off the bus. She had stated that she was "very upset" by the service and names she was called by this bus driver.

Ms. Miller volunteers @ 1st United Methodist church on Wednesday's to help feed the hungry. Due to church construction there is no longer a parking lot. She has a handicap tag for her car and walks w/ a cane (also elderly, needing to park as close as possible. Arriving to vounteer at 11:30, she always has trouble finding a space, especially a handicap space. She parked on yellow space between People's Bank & church alley where she recv'd the ticket. dog "droppings" at Bryan Park. Walking with daughter, she got it all over her. Must watch every step you take. Problem has occurred last 2 weekends. Problem shouldn't be occuring in a park! Not happy!

A gentleman called to complain that Charlie Brown is telling people that he is still an officer w/ the BPD, and he carries a gun. In paticular, he works as security guard at all Kroger locations, and over exerts himself in this capacity by harassing young kids at these stores. The gentleman feels that he has been harassed also at the 2nd St. Kroger location while w/ friends. He knows Charlie from when he was a security guard at Crestmont.
