Mr. Thomas sent in a letter regarding work that the cable company did in the utility easment behind his home.The cable company cut through a electic line causing damage to appliances in his home that he wishes to be re-payed for the appliances, as well as the bill from Cinergy for the repair of the electic line.The bill will be forwarded to the Construction manager. HAND: This home also has 4 tenants and rents for $1,600/month. I think that ALL Landlords should be required to abide by the law. Please look into this matter.
