My wife and I are very concerned about local businesses attracting out of towners due to relatively lax covid regulations. We understand attendees are flocking to The Wilds for weddings, with 100+ attendees coming from all over the country, including covid hot spots. This is a serious safety concern for the town.

228 N. Sheffield has had a commercial trash container (big metal bin) in front driveway for what seems like years now. Surely this has to get removed at some point? It's industrial and the size of a driveway.

We are appalled that the bloomington police dept is not wearing masks and one officer said he didnt like it so he wasnt wearing one. We sent our students to school last week and they are following the rules wearing masks, social distancing and not gathering in large groups. They have been informed by IU they could get suspended etc by not following these rules. How can law enforcement not do the same, its setting a horrible example and I'm appalled nothing is being done about it. Masks are mandated in Monroe County those officers not wearing them should be dealt with just like our students if they dont follow the rules. We as parents expect this to be handle immediately

noticed a missing brick right in front of the Potbelly Sandwich Shop patio area, 509 E. Kirkwood Downtown on main pedestrian walkway.
Also, the weeds along the patio should be removed (not sure who does this?).

please continue pursuit of eminent domain for the downtown parking garage. even if having to still include the first floor commercial as part of it, that's still public use, as that requirement was put in place for economic development. kelo v city of new london 2005 - us supreme court
