For over a year, both the owner and tenant of this location have made repeated offenses against city code - including dumping yard waste in the ally, not picking up trash in yard and on sidewalk, having multiple broken down cars parked (for over a year) on property without attempts to repair/remove them. Owners are constantly parking on sidewalk for days at a time. Tenants have aggressive dog that has jumped the fence and attacked people. Blue car in front of house (with flat tires) hasn't moved in over a year, and does not run. Blue SUV doesn't run, and hasnt moved in months. Trash and recycle bin are constantly over flowing and spilling trash. Bins are never removed from sidewalk. Witnesses have caught tenants throwing trash into neighbors yard.

During my drive home today from work, I noticed a truck at a high rate of speed. The city of Bloomington Fire Department I was doing at least double the speed limit. Every single after each light the high rate of speed was continued. Not a very good example to be setting. And the speed limit is 35 this guy was well over. License plate 55180. This was in Indianapolis on Brookville Road. Just north of where this picture was taken a child was killed in an intersection by speeding car. We need a better example driving our fire department and police vehicles.

There is a giant machine outside out my apartment for construction work. It is the week before finals and it starts making one of the loudest noises I have ever heard at 7 am. It’s ridiculous and don’t see why they can’t start at 9.

I lost my wallet which contains my ID, driver license, credit and debit cards and most important of all a written copy of my social security number. I hope this does not come to bite my butt. I know I likely not get it back that is ok but if they use my social I would like this to be on record for me to get another one. So sorry if this causes issues later on. But I lost the wallet april 28, at around 4 or 8pm I realized i lost it at around 10pm. The theft used my card to make a purchase at chipotle. thats the last I know about it. 3 dogs fenced in. Many rabbits in yard in sloppy fenced area. They get out of the fence and get lost,go onto other people's yards. Not well taken care of. Have chickens in fence in area close to their house.They have 2 cats and birds in the house. When animal protection came once before the owner would not open the door.Also debris all over yard besides the crazy rabbit fence. They have made the neighborhood look awful. People walking by when they leave the door open it stinks badly.
