Resident called in to question why so many trucks on her street today. She said it was confusing to figure out when to have everything out. I tried to explain,but I could tell she was not getting it,so I radioed Shelby and he went to her house and tried to explain it to her.
I would like to report a dead city tree in the tree strip in front of my house. Tree site ID: 27963. The tree is—or was—a flowering crabapple, and it has died over the past few years. My house is located at a fairly prominent intersection, and I worry that the tree will be a hazard as it decays. Blair Johnston

The resident stated that TCI told them that the City was asking for more money, and that this increase would have to be passed on to the customer. Unhappy with TCI service. Opposed to dropping WGN. TCI is charging too much money and does not listen to its customers.
