The sidewalk in front of St. Charles Church always has debris such as dirt, and broken glass. They never clear the sidewalk during the winters. She also complained about a dead bird on the sidewalk. Engineering already has removed it. Please contact Ms. Meserve.

**Address approx.** Citizen states that on the east side of the street between Atwater and Henderson there are 3 drains that extend under the sidewalk, 2 of which have no plate covering them making the sidewalk uneven for pedestrians

While burying his neighbor cable drop, Insight tore out Mr. Vandervort's cable. They ran a new cable across his yard. It took five weeks to bury his cable. Now, its been 10 weeks since the inital incident and his yard is still not repaired. He has made several phone calls to Insight to resolve this problem.

During the month of July, Insight trimmed back branches away from their equipment. The equipment was left unsecured and the branches left. After a few phone calls to Insight, the box was secured, however, the branches have not be removed. Please see the attached memo for detailed information regarding this complaint.

A senior citizen called in because he wants to recieve Classic Cable and the Encore Network. He does NOT want to recieve additional channels. However, he was told that in order to recieve Encore, he must purchase a package of channels that he does not want. He would like to know why he cannot have Encore without a package.

Mr. Whitmer contacted Insight in an effort to add a premium channel to his Classic service. He was told that he must rent a cable box for each TV (at a cost of $3.95/box) in order to view premium channels. His TV is already cable ready and he does have digital service. He would like to know why he must rent the box in order to keep his normal service and add one premium channel.
