Difficult to exit 1405 South Rogers Street parking lot onto S Rogers due to line of site obstruction (bush) on the property 1409 S Rogers Street. Consider requiring trimming bush back to clear line-of-site for exiting parking lot of 1405 S Rogers Street. It is difficult to visualize traffic travelling northbound due to bush/obstructed view. On the 1400 block of S Grant, there used to be a no parking sign on the west side of the street. It's no longer there. Students are coming back and they are parking on both sides of the street making it almost impassable. Thanks!
