Ms. Howard wanted the council to know that a private contractor for Insight Communication is currently working in the back of her property and is taking down a landscape, stone wall in order to trench a new line for the rebuild. She just wante the council and Insight aware of the situation in case there is some damage done to her property that she fully expects the wall to be rebuilt exactly the way it was.
Old and New cable system: Several channels are duplicated, and Mr. Resh has been billed an additional charge for the channels, he doesn't want the additional channels. When the rebuild is complete, duplication will stop.

March 2, 2000: Ms. Whtiby was informed that a lack of bandwidth at the time caused the interruption of C-SPAN. Insight is currently working on this problem, but until more bandwidth is available, C-SPAN will continue to be interrupted for bball games.
