Citizen says that either trash or recycling truck keeps running into his yard. He lives on a cul-de-sac, and apparently the trucks back down to exit because they can't turn around. Mr. Montgomery phoned to complain about 135 E. Sunny Slopes Dr....he lives @ 165 E. Sunny Slopes Dr...he said the fence row that is along 135 and the neighbor's house has about 50 trash bags full of trash lined along it and have been there for quite some time now.
Hello, I have made a written suggestion today related to the requirement to be present in your Utilities premise (or file a paper form) to request a transfer of billing for water services. I suggested we should be able to do this online... I had to deal with the same issue today at Duke Energy (tenant left and needed to transferred billing back to me, the landlord). They told me of a very useful process they have setup called "auto turn-on", which lets them know that whenever a tenant requests a turn off, they should actually transfer the service back to the landlord instead of turning it off. I suggest you do the same thing for the water service! Thank you.

A large homeless camp has been made in the past 24 hours. There are at least 10 people and a large dog. They also have been having fires. The area is at the end of Pinewood Drive on the opposite side of Clear Creek. This is a parkland where volunteers are currently working on the removal of trash and invasive plant species.
Campers in park area between clear creek and the rail trail. Campers often have a fire going and the fire department has been called. An assault occurred at the camp with a police report. Campers are in flood plain, which is hazardous for them. Yelling can frequently be heard all hours of the day by neighboring residences. Beacon has been contacted and is unable to reach out at this time. There is a noticeable decrease of people hiking this part of the park and a decrease in wild birds in the area.
