I submitted my information for my zone 1 Greek life parking permit and received it. However whoever wrote my license plate number on the pass used a wrong letter, making the pass not match my actual license plate. Is this something that needs to be fixed, or is it okay to leave as is? Please respond as soon as possible.
Hi, we have been ticketed twice for parking in front of our home. However, we've only been doing this to prevent the neighbors from parking in front of our house. They don't have the proper permit zone, and it's disruptive to have strangers parking at our house every day. They never get ticketed because they park after 5pm. I would like to lodge a complaint about the process for renewing a visitor parking permit. We have lived at the same house since 2005 and have applied for a permit every year. Nothing, apart from our age, has changed. Why does the process have to be so onerous and annoying when every detail has remained the same? All we need to do is pay!
