I submitted my information for my zone 1 Greek life parking permit and received it. However whoever wrote my license plate number on the pass used a wrong letter, making the pass not match my actual license plate. Is this something that needs to be fixed, or is it okay to leave as is? Please respond as soon as possible.
Hi, we have been ticketed twice for parking in front of our home. However, we've only been doing this to prevent the neighbors from parking in front of our house. They don't have the proper permit zone, and it's disruptive to have strangers parking at our house every day. They never get ticketed because they park after 5pm. Is there any way to resolve this issue? Thank you.
Please consider making one side of Palmer "no parking," similar to the way there is only parking on one side of Dunn St between Hillside and Grimes. The street is very narrow and does not have a good shoulder, and there simply is not enough room to have cars parked on both sides of the street and for traffic to go through safely.

Hi there, I live in an apartment complex in Elm Heights and have a question regarding the street parking on south side of 2nd street between Henderson and Fess where the Elm Heights Bloomingfoods used to be. Currently, the signs state that the parking is 2 hours, which made sense when the building was in use. However, neighborhood parking on the surrounding streets is pretty tight during the majority of weekdays when IU is in session. Unfortunately, there have been times when I have had to make use of these 2 hour spots due to the lack of availability of street parking near my dwelling and have been subsequently ticketed. Is there any specific reason why these spots are still being enforced with a 2 hour limit even though Bloomingfoods went out of business? Is there any way the 2 hour limit could be removed for those that display a neighborhood zone permits until a new tenant is found for the building? I understand that I am responsible for the fees incurred by my violation for this current 2 hour policy, but fail to understand why it is being maintained so aggressively given the fact that the reason for implementing the 2 hour street parking (accessibility for Bloomingfoods customers) is no longer valid. Where is our Parking Enforcement Officer? Day in, day out there are still cars parked on the street in the 600 and 700 block of S Eastside Drive, that seem not to have a valid residential neighborhood parking permit or visitor tag displayed: the white Volvo, the grey Toyota Sienna and the red Ford truck (which should not be parked on the street anyway because it is too long).
