I parked at this meter today (4/12) just before noon. 3 quarters in and I only had been credited for 15 minutes. I had just enough change to pay for the hour and 10 minutes I needed for my appointment at Fountain Square, so I had to use a card to ensure I had adequate time and didn't get a ticket. Please check this meter for issues.
I'm sure this is not the right category but I couldn't find the appropraite one - I think I have a 'failure to appear' relating to expired registration from Sept. 2018, according to my insurance company, but I was wondering where I could see these records for myself? Thanks!
I just drove through Renwick and I saw at least 7 cars parked along the streets where it is outlawed. This is an ongoing problem for drivers as the streets are too narrow to have parked cars present. I think ticketing the cars that are parked illegally would be the best way to prevent this ongoing behavior.
Cars parking in the wrong side of the street
I just got a tickets because you claimed that I parked at Lot 5 without permit. However, according to the free parking place showed on your website, the Lot 5 is free for first three hours (in the metered non-reserved spaces only Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm). I'm pretty sure I didn't park at reserved place. Since this type of ticket cannot appeal, I've paid the ticket, but I just want to and need to know the reason why I've got this ticket.
I rec'd a parking ticket today and I want you to know why. I am not appealing it. First time users are at a loss when using the credit card. there should be easy to follow prompts on the screen, and posted somewhere close instructions as to how to use it. I thought I had 3 hrs, turned out I didn't. Procedures should be clear enough that this doesn't happen.
I received a parking ticket when I visited the city stating I was parked in a "resident parking only" zone. I had to search the area to find the sign indicating this restriction, as it was totally obscured by tree branches/leaves, and I was not parked directly under the sign. Not sure how out of town visitors are supposed to follow the parking restrictions when they are not posted in observable manner. I believe this ticket should be forgiven, as no one who parked there would have seen the sign. no parking for citizen of Monroe county at the courthouse or the sheriffs office with out paying and no handicap
There is a red Volvo hatchback car that has not moved from this location for over a month. The plates on it expired in Jan 2021. It is totally full of junk like someone lives in it but nobody ever touches it and no neighbors claim it.
