Cars parking in the wrong side of the street

I just got a tickets because you claimed that I parked at Lot 5 without permit. However, according to the free parking place showed on your website, the Lot 5 is free for first three hours (in the metered non-reserved spaces only Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm). I'm pretty sure I didn't park at reserved place. Since this type of ticket cannot appeal, I've paid the ticket, but I just want to and need to know the reason why I've got this ticket.

Multiple abandoned cars, trucks, and boats. These vehicles have been at the Sunoco gas station for years, they are all in non-operable condition. Most of these vehicles have no licenses plates or expired plates.

I rec'd a parking ticket today and I want you to know why. I am not appealing it. First time users are at a loss when using the credit card. there should be easy to follow prompts on the screen, and posted somewhere close instructions as to how to use it. I thought I had 3 hrs, turned out I didn't. Procedures should be clear enough that this doesn't happen.

I received a parking ticket when I visited the city stating I was parked in a "resident parking only" zone. I had to search the area to find the sign indicating this restriction, as it was totally obscured by tree branches/leaves, and I was not parked directly under the sign. Not sure how out of town visitors are supposed to follow the parking restrictions when they are not posted in observable manner. I believe this ticket should be forgiven, as no one who parked there would have seen the sign. There is a red Volvo hatchback car that has not moved from this location for over a month. The plates on it expired in Jan 2021. It is totally full of junk like someone lives in it but nobody ever touches it and no neighbors claim it.
