The music being played at the park shelter volume is not a problem, but the bass coming from there is rattling our apartment by the elementary school. Please put up a sign to keep the bass down or something to that nature. I am a diabetic, with frequent migraines.
Sincerely,
Caleb Thomas

The City owns TWO Historic Buildings. The Waldron AND The Banneker. One serves white residents. The other serves Black residents. One is getting a $500k renovation. The other desperately needs roof, HVAC, windows, flooring, masonry and drainage repair. Recover forward should honor ALL residents of Bloomington. Black and white. Invest in The Banneker.

The back door over by the parking lot is open. I believe it has been all night. I remember noticing it last night and it's still open. Unless someone is in there. Thanks

The Banneker Center needs funding. Honor the Eagleson family for REAL. Not with a street sign. But by revitalizing the very community center they grew up in.

Lock on restroom door on trail at Leonard Springs Park is broken. I thought I was locked in but eventually the door opened after turning the lock around several times. It took awhile to open it and I was almost called 911. Very scary and claustrophobic.

Several “transients” have set up for the night in the north shelter at Bryant park. They have been staying overnight in the park for several days.

Transients still occupying the north shelter in Bryan park and sleeping there overnight.
I’m sure when they need to relieve themselves they walk to the far end of the park to use the porta potty.

Even more transients camped out in the north shelter in Bryan Park. Also, several more scattered in various locations throughout the park.
