https://cascadesgolfcourse.org/ Greetings, my son Silas Ellett went to purchase his season pass at Cascades golf course today Sunday April 19. On the website it clearly shows that the 2026 season pass price for 18 and under is $245. However, when he arrived at Cascades today, they told him that that was wrong. I have attached an image file and the URL of the current website. In addition to the misinformation on the website, the personnel at the golf course were very rude. Silas was using his 18th birthday money from his birthday six days ago on April 13 to buy his golf pass for the summer. He was super excited to spend the summer at Cascades. It’s such a wonderful resource that the city provides. Our family is very disappointed by this news. I think a reasonable accommodation is to give him the $245 pass because it was posted on your website and that was a planned activity that he had for today using his birthday money.
