Dear idiots. Why would you put a trails stop light across busy busy South Walnut Street?!! All of that waste of money spent on Switchyard Park ( my favorite waste of tax payer money by the way) and you can't afford a bridge across South Walnut Street?!! THINK ABOUT IT!!!!!!! Wil Johnston
B line trail from Henderson to south walnut is a mess. There are hypodermic needles, lots of dog feces, clothes, garbage and debris. The needles are dangerous and disgusting.
Could you move bicyclists and runners off the trails at this time of social distancing? It's especially noticeable on the the popular B-Line Trail. Walkers are doing a good job staying apart, bicyclists and runners not so much. There's limited space and time to distance from runners and bicyclists going by - two groups who by the nature of their activity are more likely to be exhaling droplets. Those on bikes could easily use streets which are fairly free of traffic right now, and sidewalks likewise for runners.
Tree down on B-line between lights 144 & 145
Several B-Line Lights are now out between Adams and W. Moravec Way: 140, 141, 142, 144, 146, 148, 150, 153, and 155; Lights are out between W. Moravec Way and Fairview: 133 and 135; Lights are out behind the Warehouse 132, 133, and 135. Two more with no numbers nearer to the Switchyard Pavilion (north and south)
There is a large amount of poison hemlock in several spots along the Polly Grimshaw Trail. Some of it is falling into the path. Some unknowing person might pick the flowers or try to remove it from the path.
There are a number of tree of heaven starts coming up in the wooded area north of the footpath along the north side of Butler Park (near the Story Walk station number 8).
Lamp post 134 on B-Line Trail appears to be out. This is a high-priority public safety issue as there have been assaults on this part of the trail recently.
Guest came into WonderLab having found sharps on the trail near the janeway statue. There are piles of abandoned belongings around the side entrance to our WonderGarden on the trail. This is a safety issue for our guests and staff.
