Could you move bicyclists and runners off the trails at this time of social distancing? It's especially noticeable on the the popular B-Line Trail. Walkers are doing a good job staying apart, bicyclists and runners not so much. There's limited space and time to distance from runners and bicyclists going by - two groups who by the nature of their activity are more likely to be exhaling droplets. Those on bikes could easily use streets which are fairly free of traffic right now, and sidewalks likewise for runners.

B line trail from Henderson to south walnut is a mess. There are hypodermic needles, lots of dog feces, clothes, garbage and debris. The needles are dangerous and disgusting.

Dear idiots.
Why would you put a trails stop light across busy busy South Walnut Street?!! All of that waste of money spent on Switchyard Park ( my favorite waste of tax payer money by the way) and you can't afford a bridge across South Walnut Street?!! THINK ABOUT IT!!!!!!!
