On the Jackson Creek Trail between the roundabout at Sherwood Oaks Park and the Rhorer Road bridge, it would be nice to have some creek access points (minor trail spurs cut through), similar to those existing near the Sherwood Oaks Park.
Some gravel washed onto the Jackson Creek Trail near the north end and needs to be removed
On the new part of the trail south of the bridge between olcott and Sherwood oaks but maybe closer to Rhorer the trail is washed out as shown in the picture.
The bollard at the head of the Polly Grimshaw Trail has broken off its base. The bollard itself is next to the trail out of the way. At this point, there is no protection of the trail or the park from cars/trucks. It seems like at least the broken bollard should be removed from the site and ideally a new one put in place.
One of the fence posts along the Polly Grimshaw Trail has become loose at the bottom. The post is noticeably wobbly as is the fencing in that area. My guess is that the post rotted out approximately where it goes underground and needs replaced. Please address this issue now so that the fence doesn't fall down in this area.
Hello, I work for a local property manager, Mackie Properties. Our company manages a homeowners association called Madison Park located north of W Howe St, in between S Madison St and S Morton St. I was recently informed that the plants along a section of the B-line just east of Madison Park are becoming overgrown and would benefit from being trimmed. I've included photos of the relevant area, as well as a map of the area outlining the overgrown section with a red rectangle. A tree on southside of road, between gate and parking lot, has partially fallen and is hung up on a tree on northside of road. Leaning enough to possibly prevent vehicles with bikes on top from going past.
Recent storms have downed a lot of trees and sticks, not all trails are blocked but some are
Has report #183351 from April 5th been forgotten? No response as far as I can tell & trees are still blocking trails in at least 7 places. thanks
Trails are overgrown, went there 2 weeks ago with the kids and then again yesterday. Thorns where nasty cutting legs, arms and faces. The parking lot area looked weed wacked, thanks. Winds blew trees over across trails too.
