ihitPolly Grimshaw Trail (east portion near tennis court) has numerous bumps that are hazards to bikes at speed (coming down the hill at night. On the Rail Trail, just south of Country Club, there is a parking lot. Just south of the bicycle roundabout there, there are drinking fountains. The drinking fountains have been smeared with poop and need a good deep clean.

There is a unhoused group of people camping in RCA park at this location. They have tents and a stash of bikes. Two dogs tied up that bark at people along the trail and a campfire going as of the time of this report.

Someone has smeared what looks and smells like dog feces into both of the water spouts on the drinking fountain. I am not carrying sanitizer to clean it or paper to mark it, but it is clearly a public health hazard.
