someone has mowed along there on the east side of the road and filled the street and curbs full of grass. thats why the drins are clogged up. not sure who mowes that area, but needs cleaned up. thank you

This trash is next to the B Link trail which runs between Henderson and Walnut. It’s closer to the Walnut St end.
