1417 W. Habitat does not remove trash cans from the North side of Habitat, but keeps a pallet on site. They do not empty their trash cans. They do not cover their trash cans; animals carry litter everywhere.

The back yard belonging to 516/518 First St. apartments is a dumping ground for old mattresses, furniture, etc. and I worry it's a fire hazard and breeding ground for pests.

Now that we all are more or less used to our new trash cans, it is time to educate the Bloomington residents about trash can etiquette: don't leave them on the sidewalk all the time. The 2 cans in the picture have been sitting there every since they were delivered. Hope you can do something about it.
700 S Eastside Drive. Thanks.

Can I invite you to walk from the 500 block of E First all along to Walnut on the right side of the street, paying attention to trash containers on the side walk or in people's front yards? We counted at least 5 sets today. Thanks.

We don't think this case is closed. There are 2 trash containers in front of the house on First at the corner of Henderson (house number is not visible: next to what looks like 52?. One is on the sidewalk, one is on the grass. Seen on Thursday at about 5 pm! These tenants are repeat offenders, otherwise we would not bother to bring it to your attention.
