The Herald-Times threw sample newspapers all over the Westpointe neighborhood (Larkspur and Woodhill). Many of these houses are vacant rentals and the sample newspapers are trashing up the neighborhood. Please have the Herald-Times come and pick up there samples they littered everywhere that no one asked for. We already have enough problems with trash in this neighborhood.
Trash and recycling containers are again and repeatedly blocking the sidewalks on Eastside Dr between 2nd and 3rd streets.
Contrary to what HAND might think, this issue has not been resolved. 700 Eastside Drive, corner of Eastside and University. These 2 cans have been sitting in the same place for over a month now. Yesterday we had pick-up, nothing moved.Trash is sitting around the open can (again). Do we need to have a rat infestation before these cans are emptied? I also speak for my neighbors. Thank you.
Can you request att clean up neglected trash around the back of Indiana Bell court please. Pushes against Park ridge East Park and clutters the area.

Ten days ago someone discarded two couches in the 300 block of S. Dunn St. on property maintained by the City of Bloomington. This is right by the off ramp from Atwater to S. Dunn St. I have seen a worker with a yellow, reflective Street Department vest mowing this property so I don't know who should take care of the disposal of the couches and cushions scattered across the lawn. There is trash and debris piled behind garage (at alley) and along west side of house at 1018 E University St. The pile behind the garage has been there for many months. I believe the residents have moved out.
I've been a regular walker in Park Ridge East and notice it looks like 212 N Sheffield has really started hording junk in the backyard, enough I can notice it on my walks growing over time. There are some odd tarped areas too. Anything the City staff can do? Hate to see the neighborhood get junky. Was hoping temporary construction but been a few years.
