Could you folks find out if the HUGE mess that is sitting on the corner of Washington and 3rd which was a necessary by-product of building the transit center (which is just great) will be cleaned up and the surface greened until that corner is purchased for another use? trash from dumpsters at apartments on corner of 3rd and Atwater (in alley between Grant & Atwater)there isn't a lid on the dumpster and trash goes every where, it's always in my back parking lot.
