702 West Allen (rental) 1126 South Fairview 1112 South Fairview (rental) The houses listed above continually have a buildup of trash in their yard. 614 West Allen The yard looks like a junk yard. The continuous supply of trash lying around has attracted pests and dogs to dig in to it. So garbage gets all over the neighborhood. One of the pests that the trash is attracting is skunks. My dog has been sprayed once and I have had a few close calls. This past Saturday a pit bull came out of a large pile of trash and kept barking at me and my infant son trying to defend his treasure. This is my second complaint about trash in this neighborhood (the first time was just about 702). I wish to stay anonymous about my complaints so I don’t make enemies out of my neighbors, especially the ones that own their houses. So please help me resolve this problem. Thank you

This has been an eyesore for too long. While mowing my property at 104 East Davis this weekend, I noticed that the Circle K property along the East alley has a place where the trash has now piled up, the alley is a mess from items that blow out of the Circle K dumpster and I noticed needles laying around and a bunch of empty alcohol bottles stacking up. It has become an eyesore on the neighborhood and I worry about kids finding these needles.

Could you folks find out if the HUGE mess that is sitting on the corner of Washington and 3rd which was a necessary by-product of building the transit center (which is just great) will be cleaned up and the surface greened until that corner is purchased for another use? It is my plan to develop my 5 lots on N. Oolitic. I can't do that unless I have help with enforcing certain codes. 1209 W. 11th has garbage, rubbish, old lawnmowers, and other detritus stacked on and around the house and property. I actually think the house may be abandoned and is being used as a trash dump. Regardless of the section of town, we property owners don't like our property value destroyed by places like this. Please help us by forcing a clean up. Thank you.

Garbage buildup at 1221 Green Tree Lane at the back of the house by the shed. Ive reported this before and they just move the garbage from side of house to back so it couldn't be seen.
