Neighbors leave their trash bins at the curb all the time, continuously. They never bring them in, and will often leave recyclables next to them so they blow away everywhere.

We were charged over $300 under sanitation for "Large Item Pick up", however, were not responsible for any items that were allegedly picked up. I have tried to get in contact with the sanitation department for the past month with no avail. I would like to get this issue resolved so I am not responsible for the charges or the late fees that could potentially accrue. Three wks ago I reported to HAND trash all around Elkins Apts. Problem still not resolved: blowing party trash, beer cans, etc. in front; blowing trash from trash receptacles in back, around parking lots. A real neighborhood eyesore.

The yard of this property has been in this condition since Mid-December. As this is a registered rental in the City of Bloomington, it is especially maddening as one might assume a ‘professional’ property manager was responsible for maintenance of the property. Can you copy Doris Sims, the HAND director, with this complaint?

Trash in ROW overnight, not taken by crew on 7/17/2024. Perhaps an oversight or intentional for some reason. No one occupying the home currently. So it's going to site there until next week unless the property owner/manager deals with it.
