Trash and broken glass overflowing in the alley next to Function Brewing. They were recently cited by HAND for this and it is worse now. Function complained about the loose trash blowing down the alley and into their patio area.

trash pick up people are being assholes to us and im sick of it. leaving trash behind and leaving our cans in the road while our neighbors were placed neatly on the sidewalk. what is their problem with us. we just moved in.
