This homeowner takes out her trash and recycling carts on Sunday and places them near the sidewalk. Our neighborhood does not get picked up until Thursday mornings. For 4 days, the neighbors have to look at that eye sore and when it's windy, the cans tip over and debris blows around everywhere. This person should take out their cans on Wednesday evenings like everyone else does. Thank you.

Trash
655 S Clarizz Blvd, Bloomington, IN 47401, USA

From previous complaint: Other: Several suitcases, debris, empty alcohol bottles and trash between personal residential property and city sidewalk
I in fact DID give a location. I specifically said the intersection of Clarizz BLVD and East Buick Cadillac BLVD. in the "service request location" portion of the form. Case number for this incident is: 180246
Thanks
I will leave the location again in the service request location for a second time. I will be more specific and say IU health? Good Grief. That's not the exact location but as close as I can give you according to your "find me" locations

Good Morning.
I submitted a service request & two follow-ups on 7/27/22. They were assigned #180780, #180783 & #180788. Just now, I received notices regarding all three - they were passed along to a number of people but, today, they were closed indicating that you were "unable to locate" the problems.
I drove by there this morning, 8/8/22 before 8:00 a.m., and the soggy, nasty pile of a chair was still in the sidewalk. If you can't do anything about the tree, okay. But, seriously? This pile in the sidewalk wasn't found? The 1200 block of South Madison on the eastside sidewalk is an actual location.
Very disappointed that this was passed through so many people & it took so much time to come to this conclusion! Is this not the method to report issues?

Re: #180929
Thank you, Mr. Liford!
I hesitated pursuing the first three requests (180780, 180783 & 180788) after hearing that there was nothing that could be done but am glad that I did - it just took getting the request to the right person!
Thank you for your promptness. I look forward to seeing the sidewalk cleaned up & passable after so many weeks.
Regards,
Martha Selk

Trash is in unclosed commercial bins stored on sidewalk along the University St. side of this boarding house.

Trash heap, open bags spilling over sidewalk and onto street. Unacceptable. On Washington street sidewalk. Residents need to be aware of their responsibilities and cleanup essential for a safe and civil city. Please help. A visit from city official usually solves the problem and prevents future issues. Thanks for your work.

Persistent issues with loose trash bags (shown in this photo) from Dec. 9, toppled commercial trash bins, large items left on tree plot (the wood pallet has been leaning on that tree in photo for 4 weeks), and encroachments on sidewalk. All this is on the University St. side of the corner house of 624 S. Fess.

Trash is routinely thrown out front door onto sidewalk. Woman routinely breaks glass and throws objects into street. Trash often remains for days before any cleanup occurs. The address is 617 N. Monroe. This happens throughout the day and night. Often items are thrown into neighbors properties. This situation needs to be addressed by authorities and the rental property owners and management. Situation has been constant since woman moved into home. A directory of rental properties needs to be available for neighbors to report directly to property managers and report ongoing issues. If legitimate complaints are not resolved, citations need to be issued by the proper government agencies.
