This is about two things. There are bush honeysuckles growing out that are about half-blocking the sidewalk. Just a matter of time before it's completely impossible to pass by. Also, trash bins and mattress are lying by the street in the grassy area, which is also blocking someone who wants/needs to walk that way.

Garbage overflowing bins and scattered about all over "street" (more like an alley).
