The person in apartment 3 leaves his empty trash cans on the sidewalk for days after pick up. They are still out there. I have not seen him to tell him about it and he is not there when I knock. Please give him a HAND welcome to Bloomington packet and let him know he needs to take his cans off the sidewalk after trash day.

Residents need to be aware of their responsibilities and cleanup essential for a safe and civil city. Please help. A visit from city official usually solves the problem and prevents future issues. Trash has now been accumulating on the porch for three weeks without being put out for removal. Carts overflowing, plus a big box. Food and other waste, and blowing into nearby yards. One block away I saw a dead rat on sidewalk; don’t want them in this block.
