I found my trash can like this after this morning's pickup. My guess is that it was replaced too close to (or partially in) the road after pickup and it was struck by a vehicle. I also noticed another bin on my block with this same kind of damage.
For the past two weeks our trash and recycle have not been picked up, but our neighbors have. We have paid our bill and we have followed all of the rules listed on your website. The only problem I can see is perhaps the trash and recycle cans were too close to each other, but they had been moved (over 4 feet apart from each other) prior to this Monday morning pick up. We would like our things to be taken, and if possible before the next weekly pick up. Thank you!
Our trash was properly spaced and positioned at the end of our driveway. It has been left without the trash collected for two weeks now and we have trash building up in our house and do not know what to do. This is creating a stressful and unsanitary environment and the sanitation department left no reason or note as to why this is happening.

Please put more trash cans in front of our building. I am the director at 234 N. Morton at the Kadampa Meditation Center. We used to have trash cans in front and at the corners. No longer since the renovation of the corner of 7th and Morton st. Please add this to your budget as I am continually picking up trash. Especially in front of the bagel shop. It would help! Overflowing trash can in middle of sidewalk for days, on 3rd just west of Rogers, on the north side of 3rd.
1. The backyard is littered with mountains of junk and trash and causing mosquitos to proliferate. 2. Engines and car parts are leaking oil into the soil. HAND went there before but the owners covered all their trash with a tarp to hide it. They have a lot of toxic material on this property. 3. A man and woman who were just convicted of methamphetamine moved their RV right next to my house and are leaving trash and junk everywhere. Can someone ask them to move this?
