This has been on ongoing issue since this family moved in. They will get a warning and it gets better for maybe 2wks at the most. They leave it out full, with bags not completely tied causing trash to go everywhere l, into others peoples yards and they never clean it up. I. All the time I’ve lived here, I’ve never had a problem with pests until now so the constant food supply they have. We would really appreciate it it something could be done to try to resolve this issue. The picture attached is from 5/6/23 @ 6:48pm

Tuesday, May 9 2023 Trash and recycling pickup personnel are leaving bins knocked over and in the middle of driveways. Maybe need a refresh course on how to put the bins back down after dumping them / maybe a new employee. This doesn’t usually happen on our route… sometimes but it’s not usually.

This is becoming quite the nuisance, their trash blows absolutely everywhere, leaving others to have to pick up the mess & providing food to all the vermin/pests. This is by no means all the pictures since this is an an everyday issue. The image attached is as of 7/13 724pm

Today I've decided to complain about an issue I started regularly noticing months ago. Whoever is now collecting trash &/or recycling on our street, S. Eagleson Av, in the section between 2nd and Sheridon, is routinely dumping the recepticals on their sides on the ground whereever convenient. (See photo) This morning they left my neighor's on the ground blocking the entry way to our common driveway. When I came to move it, I realized they had also broken the lid. Then as I drove south on S.Eagleson, I saw that this was done all the way to Sheridan, where I assume the truck turned. At least half the bins were on their sides, some in the street. I took four photos the whole way, as well as two of my neigbor's receptical- Unfortunately your portal only allows a single photo, but I have all the others. Please address this situation. There is no reason the recepticals can't be placed upright, but at least they should be neither broken nor left on their sides in the street, on a sidewalk or in the entrance to a driveway. The owner of this renter occupied building (Tariq Khan) and/or the tenants have not taken their garbage out to the curb for pickup in three weeks. Also, this home has rain gutters and downspouts that go directly into the ground or into areas between the home and neighboring houses - which is causing water damage to the neighboring houses.

Trash is still all over the driveway and into the yard. This has been this way for years. I will help with the cleanup if the city provides a dumpster or two.
