See issue #182770. They just ripped down the citation and left the trash bin on the sidewalk and the bags full of garbage littering the yard. What good is a citation if there is no way to follow up with a fine? These are students who will likely be moving out in a couple months.
Trash cans are left in the sidewalk all week making it difficult for those in wheel chairs to make it up the sidewalk.
Trash has now been accumulating on the porch for three weeks without being put out for removal. Carts overflowing, plus a big box. Food and other waste, and blowing into nearby yards. One block away I saw a dead rat on sidewalk; don’t want them in this block.
There is a homeless camp adjacent to the BLine trail at N Adams street that needs cleaning. There is trash everywhere and the firetrucks and police have been called to the area multiple times. The camp is south of the Bline trail and railroad tracks. Thank you.

Trash still not taken out (week four, at least). Recycling cart full of trash. One bag on front porch has come open, spilling out food trash, which blows into others’ yards. This is not safe, and not cool. City says it’s monitoring, but it would seem not.

Hello, On trash collection day, morning of 3/15/2023, I had my Bins out, and all trash properly bagged and inside, the trash bin was far from over-flowing. However, the collection service had removed a bag and thrown it into my lawn. This was trash that was in the trash bin, not recycling. I would very much apprecaite if this does not happen in the future. I do not throw trash in my yard, and I would expect the service I pay to remove trash doesn't throw trash in my yard, either.
