Today I've decided to complain about an issue I started regularly noticing months ago. Whoever is now collecting trash &/or recycling on our street, S. Eagleson Av, in the section between 2nd and Sheridon, is routinely dumping the recepticals on their sides on the ground whereever convenient. (See photo) This morning they left my neighor's on the ground blocking the entry way to our common driveway. When I came to move it, I realized they had also broken the lid. Then as I drove south on S.Eagleson, I saw that this was done all the way to Sheridan, where I assume the truck turned. At least half the bins were on their sides, some in the street. I took four photos the whole way, as well as two of my neigbor's receptical- Unfortunately your portal only allows a single photo, but I have all the others. Please address this situation. There is no reason the recepticals can't be placed upright, but at least they should be neither broken nor left on their sides in the street, on a sidewalk or in the entrance to a driveway. The owner of this house has at least five cars, at least two of these are junk cars and don’t run. Additionally, there is trash on his front porch, yard, and driveway that has not been cleaned up in months. Please have this resident clean up his property.

The individual living at 1316 South Palmer always has tons of trash on his front porch and in his driveway. As homeowners living (and paying taxes) in this neighborhood, we would really appreciate it if the city of Bloomington required this individual to clean up the yard and maintain the house.

One duplex to the East has a refrigerator on their lawn that has been there for at least 3 days. It has sometimes been open and has rotting milk, food and bugs inside

There was a homeless camp in the woods by Clear Creek at the end of Pinewood Drive. The people have moved on, as all their tents have been removed. However, there is a lot of remaining trash. Is it possible to have sanitation clean up this area? Please let me know if I need to contact someone else for this request. Thank you!
