Hello! Our trash can was damaged during our last trash pickup. It was fine the night before and we found it the next morning shortly after pickup with the lid torn off. All of the surrounding cans were fine. I’ve attached a photo for reference! I was able to put the lid back on, but it is cracked and definitely not secure/safely usable for the long term. Trash at this address is utterly ridiculous and unsanitary. 5 months or more worth of trash piled up on thd mobile home and shed surrounding two mature pine trees the landlord refuses to tale away as promised in the lease agreement. There's rodents because of it our dog was bitten in the neck by a rodent that the trash attracted. There's mold black mold in walls under carpets it's black mold in walls and his other trailers as well the landlord attempted to bribe me licensed contractor into painting over black mold, I refused. He's also allowing septic tank over flow into a pond out back. The septic is also being released under the house a leak somewhere. It's unsafe
