The garbage truck comes at 5 AM and wakes everyone up. Isn’t this a direct violation of Bloomington municipal code chapter 14.09? The truck also stays for so long because it gets garbage from an ally. One time it came at 5 am and stayed till 6. There are many people living in apartments nearby and the noise is unbearable.

Unit 3351 another trash bag. I have reported this multiple times to property management company and / or City. I demand to see either a written warning or ticket. The several trash bins at this property continue to be overfilled and surrounded by garbage. The trash blows onto Walnut St and onto neighboring properties. These bins have looked like this for a few weeks. Thank you for your help.

I hesitated pursuing the first three requests (180780, 180783 & 180788) after hearing that there was nothing that could be done but am glad that I did - it just took getting the request to the right person!
