The Shalom center is trashing the surrounding community and it would be very nice if trash cans could be provided since the center won’t do anything to help. It’s in the streets, in the yards, everywhere.

A grocery cart with carpet was lit on fire and abandoned in the alley, blocking the alley so it is not passable by vehicle.

Playground is so neat, but there was trash everywhere. With it located in housing there needs to be more upkeep. Unfortunately this park will be destroyed in a matter of a year or 2.

There are multiple pieces of a couch in the yard at 1403 N woodburn ave. It has been sitting there approximately 2 months with no movement or yard mowing.

I have noticed that the area around the intersection of W First and Walnut is becoming more and more littered with trash and pieces of clothing. I wonder if Shalom Center could send out some of its clients with a big bag and gloves to pick up trash every morning. It would be a great improvement.
