For the past two weeks our trash and recycle have not been picked up, but our neighbors have. We have paid our bill and we have followed all of the rules listed on your website. The only problem I can see is perhaps the trash and recycle cans were too close to each other, but they had been moved (over 4 feet apart from each other) prior to this Monday morning pick up. We would like our things to be taken, and if possible before the next weekly pick up. Thank you!

I found my trash can like this after this morning's pickup. My guess is that it was replaced too close to (or partially in) the road after pickup and it was struck by a vehicle. I also noticed another bin on my block with this same kind of damage.

There is a dumpster in the alley behind Indiana Auto Sales (not sure if it is residential or commerical) that is not up to code for a business in Bloomington (no concrete slap, and no surrounding fence / wall).

I own four apartments at 813-819 S Washington through Yukon Properties, LLC. We recently received a notice about trash cans not being timely removed from street side. Can you provide the serial numbers for the trash cans that were issued to each apartment: #813 #815 #817 #819 Once we know the specific serial numbers we can make sure each unit is responsible and accountable for their cans. The residents leave their trashcan on the road for weeks at a time. This has been an ongoing issue for much of the year with their can rarely being stored correctly. Oftentimes, the trashcan lid is open and full of rainwater. In addition, the trashcan often blocks the road or the alleyway. Thank you.

The several trash bins at this property continue to be overfilled and surrounded by garbage. The trash blows onto Walnut St and onto neighboring properties. These bins have looked like this for a few weeks. Thank you for your help.
