Trash continues to accumulate outside trash containers on the property and blow into street and neighborhood. Accumulation of trash bags and random debris is a violation of Bloomington Trash and Recycling ordinance: "Accumulated trash is unsanitary and attracts rats and other animals. Properties with accumulations of trash or scattered litter or debris may be issued a Notice of Violation with fines of up to $150."

Lazy neighbors. What a great home my teenager has. Seeing entitled white Men like this neighbor with a fat retirement from military which has created a lazy entitled self- centered person. Why not put it in your car trunk 10 feet away?????????

The residents moved out a week ago and left a pile of furniture parts and trash in the yard and up against the house. Kept thinking they may return, but I have seen no one.

The trash or recycling truck drove through the median area in the middle of the cul de sac in between 500 and 501 South Arbutus Drive. This left deep tire ruts in the grass.
City trash and recycling truck drivers normally back down our street since the trucks are too large to navigate the turn-around. The driver today may have been unfamiliar with this practice.

The city's garbage and recycling trucks are tearing up the circular median between 500 and 501 South Arbutus because they are too large to turn around in the cul-de-sac. I have reported this issue several times.
I can arrange with the other residents of our street to put all of our garbage and recycling bins on either the east or west side of the street (whichever is preferred by the truck drivers) to make this easier so that they can back in or back out of the street rather than trying to turn around. Please let me know if you would like for us to do this.
