Can't reach the Sanitation Dept. I want to arrange an extra trash pick up on a Fri. Last Thurs I filled out a Google form for it and received a message saying, 'received and scheduled'! So I took my trash bin down that night. Didn't know if it included recycling and couldn't ask, so I didn't take that bin down. At the end of the day on Friday, my trash bin was still full so I brought it back up to my garage. I've tried 5 times to reach the department this week to get some questions answered and make sure I'm scheduled for THIS Friday, but it rings and rings -- no answer and no voice mail. I've checked the number and it's correct.
Is there another way to reach someone and/or get some questions answered??

The trash or recycling truck drove through the median area in the middle of the cul de sac in between 500 and 501 South Arbutus Drive. This left deep tire ruts in the grass.
City trash and recycling truck drivers normally back down our street since the trucks are too large to navigate the turn-around. The driver today may have been unfamiliar with this practice.
