Hi. This is a friendly note to tell you that the new 4th Street Garage has a trash can on the exteror, Southwest corner, that hasn't been emptied since it was first placed there. It's definetely full and is in need of being emptied. I've mentioned this twice to parking garage attendants (via video chat at the exit) but wanted to be sure someone is aware. Thanks very much. Trash piled up on south side of building along alley where wild animals can dig through it.
Our trash did not get picked up this Thursday (10/28/21). There were two bags of trash inside. All trash was bagged and the trash bin was placed on the curb the night before and 4+ feet from any other objects.
Now 2:10 p.m.,Monday, November 1, trash on 700 block not yet collected.
For the last couple of months, at least, the trash truck is not tipping my can enough to fully dump the trash. Heavy things, such as bags of cat liter are not falling out of the can before the truck finishes dumping it. On Tuesday when they came this problem was worse then ever and half of the trash stayed in the can.

Unit I phoned in about- believe this is not first time. They are from Detroit they do not know City Ordinance in my opinion

Trash blocking the alley behind this location managed by Sarge Rentals.
The people who live at 712 E Hunter Ave constantly throw glass bottles from their porch into a dumpster that is not theirs. Most of the time they miss on purpose and shatter glass all through the alley and road making it terrible for me to drive on. I have yelled at them but they still continue to do it multiple times through the week almost every night now. Tonight after their party they threw being loud until 2:30 am they shattered multiple bottles and I watched them throw them straight into the road. This is unacceptable and dangerous to not only our cars but all of the people who walk through here. This has been happening for MONTHS. I’ve tried to let it slide because I didn’t know if it was them but now tonight I watched them throw them straight from their porch. If you drive by tomorrow you will probably see glass shattered everywhere from them.
