Can you provide the serial numbers for the trash cans that were issued to each apartment: #813 #815 #817 #819 Once we know the specific serial numbers we can make sure each unit is responsible and accountable for their cans. the trash and recycling receptacles have been on the sidewalk for 5 days. The yard is full of trash. There is pool that is full of standing water that has been there for about a month. There is busted indoor furniture in the yard. I'm not 100% sure, but I'm pretty sure I saw a rat near the foundation yesterday.

The residents leave their trashcan on the road for weeks at a time. This has been an ongoing issue for much of the year with their can rarely being stored correctly. Oftentimes, the trashcan lid is open and full of rainwater. In addition, the trashcan often blocks the road or the alleyway. Thank you.
