Trash is piled up in black bags in the back yard of 102 S. Hillsdale. The neighbor stated that they do not put the trash out for pick up and that the trash has attracted mice to the neighborhood.
A citizen came in to complain about trash around 102 S. Hillsdale Dr. She stated that they let the trash build up for at least 3 weeks before it is ever taken away. She also stated that there are mice in the yard. (the Citizen left a pic of the trash - I gave it to Kevin.)
Trash at this address. This is an on going problem.

nothing done for 2 yrs., trash throughout yard,doors stacked up, weeds wildly overgrown, cars on lawn, there is no driveway pickup truck being used as trash dumpster
