House on the corner of 1st street and Henderson (600 E 1st Street) has multiple trash bags outside their house, in addition to other miscellaneous items. They are not in trash bins, and they continue to litter on their property. I have seen plenty of raccoons digging around our trash before, so it's only a matter of time until they get into their trash bags

Trash 1624 E 3rd, Bloomington
Someone has dumped an old mattress on the sidewalk/street. This is just the latest event in the severe downgrading of the neighborhood to occur since the city has allowed apartment buildings to be constructed in small residential neighborhoods. I am hoping Bloomington Sanitation can remove this trash.
Trash is still not being removed adequately. More rats have been sighted/trapped.
This construction waste has been sitting here for 3 weeks.
