The yard of this property has been in this condition since Mid-December. As this is a registered rental in the City of Bloomington, it is especially maddening as one might assume a ‘professional’ property manager was responsible for maintenance of the property. The creek/drainage ditch running north/south along the western edge of N Dunn Road (opposite the IU Stadium) is full of trash and debris. Cans, bottles, plastic bags, glass, and other items are clearly visible.

Trash in ROW overnight, not taken by crew on 7/17/2024. Perhaps an oversight or intentional for some reason. No one occupying the home currently. So it's going to site there until next week unless the property owner/manager deals with it.
