I scheduled for the city of bloomington to pick up a large haul off item and was charged for it but they did not pick it up.

It has been going on a month since the apartment complex here has emptied the dumpsters, trash is everywhere near the dumpsters as people continue to add to it. Every dumpster in the complex is full and it's starting to get into people's yards.
