Recycling bins filled with overflowing trash sitting by the curb, again. Pick up day is Tuesday. Your staff needs to communicate better with renters because they don't seem to understand this from past complaints and investigations. Don't close the case until you actually get compliance.
The people at 1317 W 6th St have a mountain of garbage building up in their front (and back?) yard. It smells and needs to be removed. This has been a continual problem with these residents.
It is my intention to develop my 5 vacant lots on N. Oolitic. I can't do that with 1305 W. 11th the way it is. The yard has become a junk yard. It is deplorable. Construction material. Bicycles, trash, rubbish, yard waste, scrap and detritus stacked on the front porch. Regardless of the section of town, this property absolutely destroys any kind of surrounding property value. Please force a cleanup.
There was a homeless camp in the woods by Clear Creek at the end of Pinewood Drive. The people have moved on, as all their tents have been removed. However, there is a lot of remaining trash. The owner of this house has at least five cars, at least two of these are junk cars and don’t run. Additionally, there is trash on his front porch, yard, and driveway that has not been cleaned up in months. Please have this resident clean up his property.
The individual living at 1316 South Palmer always has tons of trash on his front porch and in his driveway. As homeowners living (and paying taxes) in this neighborhood, we would really appreciate it if the city of Bloomington required this individual to clean up the yard and maintain the house.

Our neighbor's house is radiating terrible smells. I think they are stock piling trash or kitty litter yet again (see the history of this house). I saw a pile of something near their back door.
