phoned in stating that their trash was missed, Barker went out to check out and the trash was out, but was sitting by front porch. Barker took trash for resident, but left a notice for them that it needs to be curbside.

Recycling was not properly sorted and an non collection notice was left on 12/16/2005. Larry called into PW(12/19/2005)and stated that the recycling is still setting out at the curb and is now blowing all over the side walk. Turned over to HAND on 12/19/2005. Thanks.
